  Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Got the order completely wrong and gave no sauce when asked for it . Will never be back to this location. Absolutely trash

  Every time I have ordered here with 1 exception, my order has been made wrong. I try to not leave reviews on places cause I understand making a mistake once, maybe twice, but this is probably 4-5 orders here that are simply made wrong By “made wrong”, I mean that if I change something about a food item (such as removing lettuce, swapping beef for chicken, adding a sauce, etc.), they ignore what I change and give me the un-edited version. The 1 exception I mentioned was when I ordered a single item without any modifications. That is the only time my order has actually been correct. Personally, I do not recommend this Taco Bell location. Literally every other Taco Bell I’ve been to will get my order right without any issues. Just drive the extra 4-5 miles to place your order at a different location (probably worth your time)

  Store frequently leaves important items I've asked for out of the bag. This time it was the dipping sauce for the new dipping taco...its always something. Won't visit this location anymore. Food was sloppy and they hardly filled the tacos

  Worst store in Murfreesboro TN. Ordered food and waited to pay, was never acknowledged the 2 times I stood at register. Need better management at this location.

  Placed an order for a taco or two with the wife. 30 minutes went by - no food. I'm a pretty patient person. Waited another 10. Noticed other people had been ordering after us and getting food. Asked. Oops - no one made our order. They eventually made it. All in all we spent almost an hour waiting for food. As an apology, the manager put some gift cards in our bag. Figured they were like $5 or something but at the time I thought it was nice. Turns out they were empty, un-activated gift cards. Just enough to make us happy before we left. Didn't find they were empty until a few weeks later when I stopped at another Taco Bell to try to grab a quick taco for lunch. For those of you who don't know, that's called "Insult to Injury."
