  Hours say they open at 6am. Got here at 7:40am and said they don't open till 8am.

  I swear last night the people working there weren't thinking straight. I ordered 2 of the $7 meal deals through the app, and that was the first issue. The app wouldn't check me in until I waited like 5 mins and tried again. Then the food. One of the meal deals, got a hot fudge shake for the drink, and a medium is supposed to have 2 pumps of fudge. There was maybe half a pump. Literally no color to the shake. Also wasn't supposed to have cherries on that milkshake or the sundae but... Cherries. The other one, I asked for no onions on the burger, received extra onions, told a girl, and got a new one after an unexpected long while. She came back with it and gave me 3 of the 6 sauces I had ordered, acknowledged that that wasn't ALL the sauces I got by saying, "here's some of those sauces"... Never brought the rest. Then my drink was supposed to be a FROZEN strawberry passion fruit refresher, I started drinking it after leaving and it was just iced and still. Not even a sparkle. And I had to walk home and it was like 9pm so I said to my fiance WHATEVER. It's like they don't read the tickets or the screens to see the modifiers.

  Got a rt44 sweet tea on over 100 degree weather, left it in the car to go bowling and came out over 3 hours later to plenty of ice and no soaked cup holder

  Food is always good, best fast food burgers at a great price. I love the onion rings at Sonic. The drink options are great also. The food comes out quickly, hot, and fresh. I never have to wait long for my food.

  You do know that your touch screens do not work right? Might be important considering if a customer pays by card, they have to touch the screen to confirm. This and all Sonic restaurants need a serious upgrade in their technology.
