  Terrible customer service. Manager was so rude and the young lady who took my order, she needs to find another job. I heard her say omg I dont care. Very disappointed. I called back in to get the lady's name who took my order, Sydney? Get a new job that you actually care about!!

  Horrible customer service. I ordered on DoorDash but door dash said they couldn’t refund me . I ordered a strawberry milkshake with no real fruit. I got a plain vanilla milkshake. I called sonic to see maybe they could help. The first guy was rude and i was being nice … so I asked to speak to the manager. He hung up in my face. Then I had to call back 2 more times until finally someone answered. I explained the issue and what I clicked on the DoorDash order. OMG… this dude became public enemy number one. Rude, sassy, and unprofessional about my money I spent that they clearly messed up .
