  I had a very bad experience last night with the crew Lead very disrespectful embed customer service I'm sure the way that she was talking last night in the way that the store was being operated when she got that job she didn't have the attitude but I came this morning and Bradley straightened everything out and he had very great customer service replace my drinks and gave me coupons and a refund very respectful great customer service he was very calm and patient and listen to what we have to say thanks again morning crew I hope you guys will be fixing the night crew because the way that they are operating isn't the way to operate a business

  i would like to start by saying i have never had an issue at this location until tonight and am not the type of person to write a bad review until i feel necessary. tonight i went and ordered 2 large sodas, the girl kenzie who brought out my food and drinks was very sweet both times. when i received the drinks i noticed one was a larger size than what i ordered and thought nothing of it maybe they put it in the wrong cup. i took a sip of both drinks to make sure they were right only to realize they were both wrong. i pushed the button and said i was so sorry but i was given the wrong drinks. the girl over the speaker was clearly annoyed by this statement and said someone would be out to get the wrong drinks from me. once this girl who came out (not kenzie who i was expecting) she looked very angry to have had to come out and did not say a single word to me dispute me being polite and apologizing for the inconvenience. after she brought me the correct drinks i again said i was so sorry and thank you and she still just looked angry and did not say a single word not even a “you’re welcome”. now i feel like a burden for requesting that i get the correct drinks which I PAID FOR and overall ruined my experience tonight.

  Definitely not this Specific store's fault but the Decision to replace the chicken in the 7 dollar meal with a sundae has to be the worse Decision ever. Arguably, had one of the best seven-dollar deals out of any fast food place and they threw it down the drain. I now have absolutely no reason to come back unless I want a milkshake once in a blue moon (even then I would just to cook out for that tbh)

  Barely lukewarm food. Order was wrong. Ordered root beer. Received root beer with a flavor add in. Ordered sonic burger with diced onions and pickles. Requested mustard packet. Received burger as ordered but with ketchup packets. Ordered caramel sundae Received caramel sundae with a cherry on top. Tots were barely warm. Old. The mozzarella sticks were the only edible item. Will not be returning. Do not recommend
