  ***UPDATE*** Management did contact us. They did fix the situation. They replaced our food and gave us an extra free drink. My family and I went to this location to pick up food that we ordered thru the app. There was no mobile pick up spot so we pulled into the drive thru. We were then rudely told that they were not taking any drive thru orders to pull into a stall. We did. We waited for 25 minutes for our order. When they brought out our food food they forgot my hot fudge sundae. When we inquired the young lady argued with us that there was no sundae. Then proceeded to turn around and say we had to wait that they were busy. My wife then asked for a manager. When she came out she did not care that the girl was rude. We asked for the girl's name that was rude to us. She said Emily. When the manager was walking back in a blonde girl asked if she was having trouble with that "F*****g B***h". They brought out my sundae and as we went to leave the blonde girl flipped us off. Then proceeded to blow kisses at us. When we got back home to eat, all of our food was cold and soggy. My burger was not made correctly.
