    So huge issue. I dont leave negative reviews ever. I love this sonic and am constantly here getting food with my husband, friends and family. I have never had an issue with any of the workers ever and they have always been respectful and fun, even when busy. However tonight I had a huge issue with a worker. I work in food service myself and u derstand being severely understaffed and stressed but that NEVER meand you should treat people with disrespect. Honestly I understand being upset but you never take it out on a server or the person you are serving. Today (June 2 2025) at 9 the car hop was extremely disrespectful to me. I ordered a mobile order and waited for 30 minutes. No biggie! I looked and saw there was only two workers and they are SLAMMED. The screen had said about 15 minutes ago that it was sent out so I waited about another 15 minutes yapping away with my sisters. I pressed the button and said VERBATUM "Hey I had a mobile order that said it went through, i see that yall have only two workers right bow and I understand being understaffed and it sucks." The lady says "yea" so i sais "do you happen to know if the order is still in the queue?" And she said "yes, it actually got deleted and will be out soon" i had told her my order again and it got sent out. The car hop (older lady with blonde hair) gets to my car and I was just yapping woth my sisters in the car. She is handing us our food and says "So no manners or patience?" I said "Im sorry I was t trying to be impatient! I see yall only have two workers and I work in foodser--" cuts me off and says "yea your parents didnt teach you any sort of .manners. spoiled brat" and walks off. I thought with the first question she was sort of joking but she was most definitely not. Once again I understand being stressed and having a bad day. I told her I understand there are two workers and probably 15 customers. Thats a lot of stress but to call me and my sister a spoiled brat for reordering because IT GOT DELETED is crazy.

    I waited for my food for about an hour… no biggie, but I called and asked NICELY if they had forgotten or if it was missed, and they re made the order for me and brought it out. An older blonde woman brought it out and was quite rude, saying how I must have been raised bad and heckled me and my little sister who is in middle school. I smiled and apologized and she handed me the food but kept talking and saying how we must have been raised wrong and that my parents must be pretty bad. Again, I said “thanks so much and I’m sorry if you’re short staffed”. Ask her, those were my exact words right before she rudely called us spoiled brats who were raised wrong.

    We only ordered drinks, and the order was fast and correct. This is an older location so the menu boards were pretty beat up, and the full menu was driver's side only which was hard to read.
