  I visit here pretty frequently since I live close by. The food is usually good but the sweet tea can be hit or miss. They also frequently forget stuff somehow or don't follow customization. This is the fifth time I've ordered a bacon cheeseburger, that has bacon in the name, and it had no bacon on it. There will also frequently be the wrong sauces on things (ie mustard and mayo when only mustard was on the order) or onions added to burgers that don't have onions. I got two jr bacon cheeseburgers and they had no bacon and onions. Not sure what's happening but it's not an isolated occurrence here. Literally just went again, today Oct 1, and my bacon smashburger had no bacon again and my wife's burger was supposed to have mustard and ketchup only but they put mayo on it too.

  The service was good. There was only 1 carhop and she was handling it great. She was very pleasant!

  Time & date of visit : 9/14/26 @ 4:36pm online order pick up Time of call : 4:45pm I ordered a banana pudding cream slush, and as I was drinking it there were hard balls inside, so I figured they must’ve either put vanilla wafers in it, the banana flavoring crystallized , or im drinking something that shouldnt be in this shake. The Sonic app did not list vanilla wafers in the ingredients for the slush so I called Sonic just to confirm, and I was told that it does have vanilla wafers in it. She had an attitude like I was stupid for calling to ask. She told me twice that the slush comes with vanilla wafers. I made sure to ask twice to ensure she heard that I said “slush.” I do some more research and watch videos, it does not come with wafers so now im grossed out and money wasted.
