  Ordered a Double Cheeseburger and fries at 9pm since I hadn’t eaten all day (I had to send my 12.5 yr old German Shepherd across the bridge today). Needed to eat, of course, after a long, trying day. Upon leaving the drive up window I reached in the bag to get a French Fry and I’m almost certain it was cooked days before. The entire order of fries was cold. Turned around & went back, explained they were cold & ordered tater tots. Received them and they were even colder. They then gave me fries again (after ordering tater tots). They were barely lukewarm after repeatedly asking for fresh tots out of the fryer. I’ve tried this location repeatedly since I live in the area but it’s been years since they had good food, much less good service. Ownership/Management of this location needs to straighten this mess out. I won’t ever be back.

  Put in a request for issue a while ago with no response. Got 2 drinks when I went and both had a grainy substance at the bottom. Don’t know of it came from the ice or of it was spilled into the cops themselves but it was bad. Have yet to receive a response. Just wanted refund but app support says the sonic had to handle it…

  Shockingly terrible Sonic. Used to be the best one in Murfreesboro, but after management changed 4-5 months ago, it is now the worst by far. You will push the button for service (whether they are busy or not) and wait like 5-10 minutes just to order, then you will sit there for half-an-hour waiting on your food and drinks. Also, don't complain or the manager will insult you. I've spent many hundreds of dollars here in the past several years, and now they won't get another dime from me. Avoid this Sonic at all costs and make the drive over to Cason Lane.

  This Sonic is a disaster under new management. Had 5 customers & 3 people inside. It took them 10 minutes to get me one 1 drink. That was the excuse. Manager then falsely accused me, made an very inappropriate comment, questioned my character & then tries to sit on her high horse of judgement for calling out her incompetent managing skills. Service is terrible & she ousted the best staff in town only to hire people who have no clue what they are doing. Been going there 10 years & not once had an overt negative experience. Used to be the best Sonic in town. It is now the worst.

  This Sonic is the worst! We always order plain cheeseburgers because we have kids and we always get home to cheeseburgers not plain. Why is it so hard to get a plain cheeseburger? Also the speaker through the drive thru is terribly you can barely hear the person taking the order leading to the order being completely wrong. Not to mention they close all the time early or just randomly. Someone needs to come to this location and do a major overhaul.
