  They always mess uo whatever drink I get. I won’t go back even though it’s so close to my apartment.

  I normally never leave a review but this is crazy. I received a 5 piece chicken tender meals and the chicken looks like it had been in the fryer all day. They are brunt and shrunken to half size. Come on guys get it together. It's getting harder and harder to justify going to this location.

  Bought some coupons a while back for some charity so I'm obligated to get them used up before they expire. Unfortunately my order was wrong every time I've stopped by and used them, but what I received was good enough to keep and rather cheap since it was buy one get one free. One thing I've noticed, is that if you order something that's slightly different from the original recipe (ie. no lettuce, add mayo, a cup of water, etc), this is when your order will usually get mixed up, and that sounds like a problem with the cashier's interface. The service is about a 10 minute wait each visit through the drive through, and typically longer in the drive-in stalls. At the very least, thank you staff for being kind.

  The girl lied to me said they never had ice cream cones. Then when she had to give me one it was pitiful. Smallest ice cream cone I ever had in my life.

  I usually come to this sonic in town because it’s the closest to my house. It’s always been subpar. Today I went to a different one and the service always great and the food was fresh. This afternoon I had to come back to this Fortress location and not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for 2 wacky packs, but when I got my food one bag was ripped, the TWO chicken STRIPS were hard and both sets of fries were old.
