  Pulled in to stall and pushed the service button, the light came on, waited for 10 minutes, no one took my order and there were only two other customers there. This was at 11:00 AM on Tuesday. I backed out and went somewhere else.

  Completely ignored at the window AND the drive thru. It was so bad that I had to shout for an employee that was already outside to get his attention so I could get the pickup order.

  Listen, it might just be because I’m on my period, but you guys have GOT TO START CHECKING YOUR TICKETS. Multiple times now I have gone to this location, ordered a strawberry LEMONADE and was given a limeade. This was the first time I spoke up about anything and thank god Alan (newer older gentleman) was there to fix it. He was super sweet and got me a lemonade. HOWEVER, trusting you guys to have put onions, tomatoes, lettuce and jalapeños on my cheese burger was also too much to ask. I got home, unwrapped my burger and it was PLAIN. I threw it away not wanting it anymore and basically devastated. I know it’s mostly high school and college kids working in the kitchen, but please for the love of god, check your tickets. I know I’m not the only one experiencing this misfortune.

  They always mess uo whatever drink I get. I won’t go back even though it’s so close to my apartment.

  I normally never leave a review but this is crazy. I received a 5 piece chicken tender meals and the chicken looks like it had been in the fryer all day. They are brunt and shrunken to half size. Come on guys get it together. It's getting harder and harder to justify going to this location.
