  On Friday evening I ordered 3 meals and the young lady forgot to add a fry but I didn’t notice un I checked my bag at the 2nd window. When I told her that she forgot my fries she said I’d have to go back around and order it. And I said I’m not doing that. She slammed the window and said “wait then”. I waited for a minute. Then I went in and got a refund for all the food. You’d rather lose a 30$ sale for a 1$ fry. I don’t get it. I work in retail and the attitude and rudeness would never be tolerated. I guess when you’re Manager you can do whatever you want.

  This staff obviously needs some more McTRAINING! My husband & I visited this McDonald’s today, 4/25/26, and was treated TERRIBLY! We originally ordered a Hot N Spicy chicken sandwich, a small fry and a medium sweet tea. Now, everyone KNOWS there’s a difference between a Crispy McChicken sandwich and a Hot N Spicy Mcchicken; atleast everyone should know especially if you work at McDonald’s! Anyways, we were charged $13 which off the rip didn’t sound right for a Hot n Spicy and small fry. We checked the order and was given a Crispy McChicken! My husband went inside and was treated terribly by the manager on duty (a lady of Jamaican or African heritage) she argued him up and down (aggressively and loudly) that what he received was a Hot n Spicy McChicken sandwich and repeatedly told him to check their menu and also refused to give a refund. My husband even pulled up a picture of the correct sandwich on his cell phone. It took a worker from behind the counter to explain to my husband that the Hot n Spicy’s were limited and they no longer serve them. THAT COULD HAVE BEEN SAID FROM THE START WHEN WE ORIGINALLY TRIED TO ORDER IT IF THE STAFF HAD PROPER TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE! Now, we are without a refund and with a NASTY sandwich that we didn’t ask for. DO BETTER! And Ms Jamaican girl, African girl or whatever you are…to have so much mouth you should be doing better than working at McDonald’s. We see exactly why you’re there! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!

  Usually they let me buy my child get a toy without happy meal - but today they turned him away crying- how rude of them! If one employee implements a rule, all of the employees should. Weird take!

  Hours show open till midnight through the week but got there at 1121pm to order through the drive thru and they said they were closed and only stay open till midnight on weekends.
