  People were very nice, but man I’ve never had older crustier fries from any McDonald’s in my life. I went at 12:30, you’d think they’d be fairly fresh and decent. Nope! Won’t be heading back to this one again.

  Currently have the worst food poisoning of my life from this place. Assuming it’s food poisoning and not norovirus because I’ve never experienced anything like this. Staff is so great and I never write negative reviews for places but I want to let people know.

  Never ate at this location before but all of the food was hot and you could taste how fresh everything was great job Murfreesboro team best McDonald’s I’ve eaten this year

  Staff refused to open restaurant at time of operation. I’ve had them completely ignore me in the drive through for 15mins or tell me they can’t take orders at this time. If you can’t staff the restaurant at the time it’s supposed to open then change the times. This has happened multiple times. Just one incident might have been different, I get it, people can be short staffed but this has become a pattern.

  The staff here is always super quick, friendly, and efficient. I’ve had a few instances of orders getting messed up, which is going to happen inevitably. Not everything can be perfect always. What really matters is they’re always happy to remake drinks or food and fix mistakes. They’re also great at keeping the drive thru moving. This location rarely has a line building up. They keep the line going consistently, which is super impressive and you can tell they know what they’re doing. These employees deserve a raise.
