From the beginning, he was super friendly and easy to talk to, and he had such a chill personality that made us feel comfortable and welcome. He wasn’t just doing the bare minimum either—he checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and was really attentive without constantly hovering over the table. What stood out the most was how genuine he was. It didn’t feel like he was only being nice because it was his job; he actually talked and joked around with us and made the whole experience a lot more fun. He had a great attitude the entire time and made us feel like he actually cared about us having a good time. The food was great, but Luke’s service was definitely one of the biggest reasons we enjoyed being there so much. If we come back, we’d definitely be happy to have him as our server again!

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made the experience even better. Our server, Luke, was especially great. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He really stood out and made our visit a lot more enjoyable. Overall, Main Event was a great experience with good food, a fun atmosphere, and excellent service. Definitely ask for Luke if you visit — he did a great job!

After all the birthday parties I have ever thrown for my kids, I can say that Abigail was the best party host that we have ever had. She was both professional and friendly and helped in ways I’ve never experienced from a children’s party host before. We also had a situation where another parent mistakenly took one of my son’s presents. The staff were so helpful and found it for us.
- SSSimon SoundaraAug 5, 20261.0we went as a group of five because I wanted to use a free hour card that I got from school. there was no staff member to help us out, so I used the kiosk and it said it wouldn't work, realizing it was expired, so I just bought an hour of bowling out of pocket, which said that it would take around 45 minutes on the wait list. in the meantime we got a whole pizza and some drinks, which we had great service for but then an hour and 30 minutes passes and we still get no confirmation text. there were only two groups bowling. we went to the bowling checkout table, there was no person; we went to the bowling shoes area, there was no person; then we go to the ticket redeem area, there is only one person who could help us out. eventually we were able to bowl but our mood was down because of how long it took for us to have a lane. he gave us an hour free card, however it was also expired, so we complained to him that we had two expired cards that would not work. he explained that next time we could go to the bowling checkout and redeem the card there. but if there's no staff anywhere to be found, how are we supposed to use it?
