  BEST Day Ever, My granddaughter said! She had an amazing time and was rested with such compassion and care. They turned her frown upside down! I’m so grateful to the staff especially the managers making this her Beat Day ! We celebrated her birthday late since she was visiting from out of state. We can’t wait to come back soon!

  During the day the place was understaffed. Many staff were apathetic, some were absolutely cluess, and some were fantastic. Not the first MainEvent Ive visited and was on par with others

  We were having my daughter's birthday party there on Sunday September 20th 2026. The party supposed to have been from 2:30 to 5:45. When we got there, it was a sign out front saying we be closing today at 5:00. That's 9-20-26. So they already cut us short on time. They cut us short 45 minutes. The only thing that they wanted to give us is some coupons. I told them come off that price and they said No, they can't do that. I told them that was nonsense. At 5:00 they cut all of the lights out. When they did that I got very upset because they acted like my child didn't matter. I want have nothing else there! Just be careful, they might scam you!!

  The staff is truly amazing!! Customer service is top tier. Carter fixed the basketball game for us even with a handful of cups he was still a huge help. The two bartenders at the bar, Maddie and Mikhel It’s great Love their job and truly appreciate the Customer Service industry. Matthew and Luke were some of the nicest and most genuine managers I’ve ever met. Everyone here truly loves working in hospitality. It was great to see staff picking things up off the floor and generally wanting to help anyone. If anyone wants a great environment to book an event this is the place. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

  I’ve been to Main Event in Murfreesboro several times for birthday parties, and I’m always impressed with how clean, updated, and inviting it feels. It has such a fun atmosphere without feeling overwhelmingly loud or chaotic. There really is something here for almost everyone. They have bowling, laser tag, a huge arcade, a restaurant and bar, and plenty of food and drink options. We were there most recently on a Friday evening, and even then it didn’t feel overcrowded. There were still bowling lanes available, and we didn’t have to wait for laser tag or any of the arcade games. The bowling area is one of my favorite parts. There’s plenty of seating, including additional tables behind the lanes, and employees regularly come around to take food and drink orders. We ordered the fried mozzarella and fried pickles, and both were genuinely delicious. Even the presentation felt a little more elevated than what I would normally expect from bowling alley food. There were several other things on the menu I’d like to try next time. If you’re considering Main Event for a birthday party, I’ve been really impressed with how organized they are. The party attendant helps with everything from getting the kids set up for bowling to drinks, food, cake, presents and cleanup. It allows the parents to actually enjoy the party instead of spending the entire time managing everything. Laser tag was a big hit with our group, and the arcade has a really impressive variety of games. There are classics like skee-ball along with newer games and VR experiences. One thing that really stood out to me was that I didn’t notice a single game that was out of service. The game cards are also easy to use, and you can save any remaining credits for another visit. I also think Main Event works well beyond families with kids. We saw groups of adults there without children, and I could absolutely see coming here for a fun date night or night out with friends. There’s a separate restaurant and bar area with plenty of TVs if you want to eat, have a drink or watch a game. Parking is plentiful, the building is easy to navigate, and overall it just feels like a really well-maintained space. As a Murfreesboro local, I love having a place like Main Event that works just as well for a family outing, birthday party or date night as it does for visitors looking for a fun indoor activity while they’re in town.
