- LVLori VinsonSep 6, 20264.0good food ..great special on select sandwiches...however, they refused to heat the meat on one of the turkey sandwiches, because it was on the " special menu..which means discount" although they serve hot sandwiches!!! This was for medical reasons( the meat needed to be hot) but they absolutely refused to do it...all because that particular sandwich was on the special menu ..that is crazy to me and I will NOT be going back....no other sandwich chain has told me no to such a simple request!! Also, one of their employees approached us to share her personal Instagram so we could " please follow her to see her art work"....WHAT??? I came in for lunch, not to be solicited to follow someone's solical media!!!

I ordered delivery, it took around 40min to be delivered from ordering, and my sandwich was made incorrectly and I’m not throwing away a $10 sandwich. Went to the store with sandwich and receipt, went up to the counter and was not greeted or asked what I needed so I told the crew member that my delivery was made incorrectly and she said we can remake that, no apology or anything. My husband’s name was called to grab the sandwich so we went up to the pickup counter and grabbed the sandwich, we both separately told another crew member thank you and she didn’t acknowledge us either! I don’t feel entitled to stellar customer service but simple acknowledgement IS part of the job. All employees had earbuds in, which I’m not against, but if it’s effecting the environment that severely, it should be reevaluated. (Also just realized there was no whole pickle that we paid extra for)
