  First time I came here it was rough. I shrugged it off as a fluke. 2nd time and its worse. Don't know what it is with this location. If you guys hate working there so much, just quit

  Customer service here is absolutely AMAZING! Not sure what the other complaints are about (probably an error on the customers part) but I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere, food and employees here. Much friendlier than most restaurants!

  OP: Food is decent but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I actually feel bad saying horrible because that's unfair to all the other bad delis out there. If there was a word worse than horrible maybe we could use that. Maybe we go with atrocious? Or deplorable? Horrendous, abysmal, execrable...take your pick Edit: The owner went from arguing with me that it was my fault to this contrived answer they now have (I attached the pic). Even in their Google reviews these guys can't take accountability. It really is a shame that this location can sully a national brand. Its embarrassing. For the sake of honesty, my request that the owner said was outlandish in their deleted reply is that I wanted cheddar cheese instead of provolone. That was the crazy out-of-bounds request that I made. I asked for a substitution
