- TMTerri MontgomeryOct 9, 20261.0I rarely order lunch, but did order a sandwich back in June, it took almost an hour to reach me and then the order was wrong. I reached out to let them know it was wrong and they issued a credit for a sandwich in the future. I called today (October) to redeem that credit, it's been 60 minutes again. They're across the street from our office. What on earth has happened to Jimmy Johns? Do they go all over town and then bring the one closest to the store? What gives? They need to update their commercial because it is no longer the fastest sandwich/delivery. It isn't even in the running for fast delivery. It's the slowest delivery I've ever experienced twice in a row. Unhappy customer. Still isn't here, so I have no idea if it's corret or not, but the 'toasted' will no longer be warm, for sure. So, it wasn't even toasted. Two times in a row, wrong order, hour to get delivered from across the street. Insane.
