  I am always disappointed when Jimmy Johns advertises the Original Combo for $8.99 and then I find you do not participate.

  I walked in, and the employees were sidny, are talking to their friends that were standing in front of the register. I asked if they were in line, they said, no, and they continued their conversation.None of the staff acknowledged me, so I left. I don't have time to stand around while your employees are having conversations with their friends on the clock

  I don’t know who made my Sandwich at 577 North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, Tn at 5:21!!!! You made my sandwich just how I wanted it! The Best Sub place in the World. I found My New Sub Place! Yaaasssss! Thank you! Too The Staff that was Working! K. Davis

  Every time I come to this store they never know how to use my gift cards. I had 2 brand new gift cards for 25.00 a piece, my order was 35.00 and I still had to pay 10.00. How do I pay money when I had gift cards to cover it with money left over? I told the lady that they are brand new, I haven't even used them yet. They need to teach them how to use the gift cards properly. I never have a problem at any other restaurant or store. I will not go back but no one cares anyway so whatever...

  JJ's used to be my go to sandwich place. I haven't been to this location or any other location for 6 mo. so I don't know when the change took place. What I did find today is that the sandwich has SHRUNK tremendously including roll size and filling amount. When my Turkey Tom was handed to me, it was SO obvious how small it is. In my original order, I requested extra cucumber slices & extra lettuce & no cheese because I'm not going to pay extra for cheese. Not only did I not get the extra cucumber and lettuce, there was only 1 small tomato slice that covered only half the bread - 1 and 1/2 cucumber slices and 1/3 the amount of turkey it used to have. The price hasn't gone down to compensate for a lunch that is now just a snack. I am a small person & used to have to save half the meat & sandwich for later. Today was more than disappointing. I'm usually not one to leave reviews unless a place provides what they should & this was a huge disappointment! Thankfully the ingredients tasted good.
