- DGDaphanie GraggAug 11, 20265.0Murfreesboro, TN location. The kick plate on the door was sticking out because the rivet broke. (Sharp metal side) I told the manager when we ordered. He didn't seem to care. I really hope someone doesn't hit a toe, get hurt and sue them. Other than that, it was a good experience. A burger was mismade and staff fixed it with no issues. The rest of the food was delicious and the restaurant was clean.

Tried it again here, thought I'd give it a second chance, because everyone said the fries are incredible. And they were soggy and we waited for almost 20 minutes just for fries to go. Had to bring them home and put them in an air fryer to finish cooking them. Still have yet to have a good experience at any Five Guys.

Then after touching money goes right back to touching food. It's disgusting and they obviously don't understand proper glove hygiene/usage and cross contamination. They're going to make people sick.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
