    Anna-Claire is the best! I stop here every morning to get my coffee and she always remembers me! She is always smiling and willing to help! Give her a raise and a paid vacation! She works hard :)

    Dutch Bros on Franklin Road in Murfreesboro has become one of my favorite daily stops. At this point, it feels less like I am simply going through the line for coffee and more like I am stopping by to see friends. The entire staff is consistently welcoming, upbeat, friendly, and genuinely happy to see their customers. I am reluctant to name anyone because I know I will accidentally leave someone out, but I want to give a special shout-out to the entire team, including Taylor, Sarah Kate, Bailey, and Anna Clair. Thank you to every staff member who always takes a moment to smile, say hello, and make each visit enjoyable. Your positive attitudes and outstanding customer service never go unnoticed. Miss Nya also sends a very special thank-you for all the smiles, attention, and pup cups. She gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot because she knows she is about to see some of her favorite people and receive a special treat. The atmosphere is always fun and energetic, the service is fast, and the employees make every customer feel appreciated. Oh yeah, the coffee is really good too! Everything I have ordered has been fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly the way I like it. Dutch Bros on Franklin Road is a wonderful example of how great employees can turn a simple coffee stop into one of the best parts of your day. Thank you to the entire team for always making Miss Nya and me feel so welcome!

    I went early in the morning on Saturday when was open. Like 530a or so. Customer service was excellent. She was very helpful. My coffee was on point. Love dutch bros.

    This location in Mboro, gave me food poisoning, I was so sick!!! I got a chorizo wrap and a caramel latte & everything tasted delicious but then later made me SO SICK. 3819 Franklin Rd, Murfreesboro, TN
