  I have been ordering from this location since they opened. Over the past year the quality in both service and product has gone downhill. Even when ordering ahead on the app, I still wait 15 to 20 minutes to get an order after arriving whether in the drive thru or the walk up. It will often be watered down despite being told it was not ready. The staff are playful and fun but I wish they moved with more purpose and intent. The customer’s time is not valued, it’s about the employee’s experience. Today the young lady kept trying to explain their process of orders when I just wanted her to stop talking and playing and make my drinks, when I shared this I was called rude, which is understandable! It was not nice, but a 20 minute wait for an overpriced coffee isn’t nice either.

  Service was very fast, but my cold brew was extremely watered down. I ordered a medium cold brew 1 pump sugar free hazelnut, 1 pump sugar free caramel. The drink came out a gross clear brown, and was filled to the brim with ice. All I could taste was water. Fast service is excellent, but not when the quality of the drinks coming out is subpar

  Ok I love dutch bros and my regular broistas that's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars! but this morning has made my decision to go BACK to 7Brew. I'm tired of just ignoring her. There is a broista that has had an attitude with me for past 2ish months that was once friendly to me and this morning just set it off. I know people have bad days but being happy go lucky with the customer before me then get to me and become stone cold...I know It's not a bad day.. So anyways this morning I was joking with the broista in training that's going to corporate and a regular broista. He said something about it being made right. And I said I'll try it and let you know lol laughing said, I'm a coffee snob. I'll let you know (laughing) As I and anyone should be, paying $6.75 dollars for a coffee times 2 $13.50 plus my tip so $15.50 because I get my husband one. Mind you I get 2 coffees just about every morning and sometimes twice a day!! So It should be made right. Well she made a annoyed face to the other Broista Like I didn't see and it wasn't the first time! I'm very observant. If I'm so annoying I will just not come back. (Never once ever had any type of attitude from anyone at 7Brew.) So I just took the coffee this morning and drove off!!! And for the record despite my coffee being right from a broista IN TRAINING, I don't complain if it tolerable. I say it's good and give them praise because it motivates them! It all depends on who you are with this broista when all the CUSTOMERS matter not just your friends!!
