  Absolutely phenomenal experience! The entire team, from management all the way to the kitchen, operates at an exceptional level. The energy here is unmatched, and it truly elevates the entire visit. If you appreciate a high-energy, positive atmosphere, make sure to stop by and say hello to Tay at the drive-through. Her enthusiasm is incredibly infectious and guaranteed to put a smile on your face! That young lady is going to make Dunkin some $$ with that winning personality. I also had the opportunity to connect with the district manager, who recently took over this location. After speaking with him, it’s clear that his leadership and vision are going to drive this store to outstanding performance and impressive results. This is a team on the rise, and it shows in every aspect of the experience!

  I made a pick up order, and when I went in I let them know and it took 15 mins to get my food because my food and drink was sitting in drive through. Terrible customer service the lady told me to never come back.

  I place mobile orders before I leave my house and they’re never ready when I get there for pick up :/ the people working always seem so frazzled and stressed and today they were extremely short staffed. I work nearby and every time I come here I regret it because the service is consistently terrible. I don’t necessarily blame the workers for the bad service either. Management needs to ensure there are enough people working so they aren’t so over extended. I watched the only two people on staff today run around wide open trying to take care of orders from every direction. They were trying their best. They completely forgot about my drink, and I ended up having to leave without it so I could get to work on time. They deserve better and so do the customers.

  Me and my husband love this Dunkin’ Donuts because they have amazing customer service but today changed our entire outlook. We walked up to the counter to give our order and when I ordered my coffee she kept hollering at her coworkers in the back and interrupting my ordering so she can talk to a coworker, I gave her a little grace. Then she asked if we want the donuts in the same bag (I like my own bag for my donut, call me boujee) I told her no separate please…. She puts the donuts in the same bag!!! So I laughed and hadto walk away. This experience made my husband not want to sit down and eat and he’s the guy that likes to sit down and eat inside
