- MMMark MoscatoSep 1, 20261.0I have been to this dunkin donuts twice... the first time, they charged my card for the wrong order... i didnt know til he handed me the receipt and a bag of food and two drinks. I said thats not mine.. so i looked at the receipt and saw i paid almost $15 for someone elses order. It took almost $25 minutes to resolve and i was late for work. Today, i figured its 99 degrees so ill stop in for an iced coffee... after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through behind one car.. they gove me a drink with a half inch of granulated sugar at the bottom of my cold drink. When i called to ask the manager if they had liquid cane sugar, she said they do but i have to ask for it. Why would i have to ask for it when it should be what comes in a cold drink? After a few minutes of refusing to take the blame, the manager told me she didnt have time for this amd then hung up on me... she didnt have time to discuss with a customer a flaw in the system that they use? This isnt over Rochelle... i will be calling corporate. I didnt raise my voice, yell, cuss... i was rather polite actually. But i wont be now.. enjoy your job while you still have it.
