- SBS BGOct 6, 20261.0I used to come here regularly and have always enjoyed ordering the brown sugar milk tea. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I asked Mayla for a brown sugar milk tea with no ice, which is something I have ordered many times before without any issues. This time, I was told that they normally do not make it that way, and she had to ask her manager if it could be done. While I understand that policies may change, the way the situation was handled made the experience frustrating and unwelcoming. It is disappointing to see the service decline under the new management. Based on this experience, this will unfortunately be my last visit. I hope management takes customer service and consistency more seriously, as the quality of service can make a significant difference in whether customers choose to return. And then also complained saying she always get stuck with making the big orders like excuse me…..

I ordered the King Crab meal. Trust me ONE crab leg two very small potatoes and a 2 inch piece of corn is not worth $40. The piece of corn was so mushy I couldn't eat it. My daughter ordered raw oysters. She said they smelt funny and several had dirt in them. I will not be going back.
