She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Her attitude and customer service stood out immediately, and she made the entire experience better. It’s employees like Desiree who make customers want to come back. Chipotle is lucky to have someone who takes that much pride in providing great service. 10/10—Desiree deserves a raise and some serious recognition!

Walked in and 5 or 6 employees at a table. (Staff meeting?) The person waiting on me only responded with monotone voice and felt I was imposing on him. I should have been given a discount for lack of beans and queso, but for certain charged me for the guacamole! Won’t bother returning.

They were out of so many ingredients they should have closed the doors and shut down!!! No beans, rice, cheese, Pico, onions and peppers, etc. Do they even have a manager???? And if so, how can you be out of most of the ingredients and remain open hoping to sell something you don't have??? Multiple customers were walking out as we did! This location is the second Chipotle location that is a waste of time going to. The worst of the worst in the Nolensville, TN location!!! The Chipotle location on Thompson Road in Murfreesboro is great!
