  The chips are drenched in oil and soggy, my Bowl had just guacamole in it they didn’t get anything right

  My order was ready on time and the drive-thru worker wasn’t particularly rude like people said. I came at like 3:15 though so it may be worse at meal times. They did forget my silverware and some of the chips were stale. Aside from that, the food was good! It was hot and the fresh veggies/guacamole were really good. Definitely better than the average fast food veggies.

  This is a brand new store. There were 6 people working the line and behind. The floors were filthy, every table needed to be cleaned. There were only 2 others dining in. The drink station had NO in store drinks in the stations. I'm highly highly disappointed. Will NOT be back and will share with everyone that it is NOT worth the stop.

  Got 2 bowls spent around 35$ and what do I get burnt chicken half the portions compared to the other chipotle I go to and guac that’s not fully mashed and has hard chunks all throughout 🤷‍♂️🤦 I like chipotle but this one isn’t the one im going to go to after that not worth the risk when there’s like 2-3 other around that area a couple mins away Also take notes from the chipotle near Nashville they are so good with portions i understand giving less chicken BUT I BARELY GOT RICEEEEE!!!! That’s like the cheapest thing to give more of why are we giving little rice of all things on online orders. 😭😭 you can fill the bowl mostly with rice to make it look more full at least 😭😭

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PLEASE DON'T LET THE REVIEWS SCARE YOU AWAY! I have to admit… we almost didn't come here because of the reviews! 😳 I am SO glad we ignored them! This location is new, and apparently some people forgot that new locations deserve a little grace. Our experience was completely different. The staff was friendly, patient, fun, and welcoming, and our portions were fantastic! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 We were a group of friends from Wisconsin—one visiting Tennessee and two who live here—and what started as a quick lunch turned into an almost 7-hour reunion at Chipotle! 😂 We spent about 3 hours outside on the patio waiting for our coupon to become usable at 3:00, then came inside and stayed for almost another 4 hours. We only finally left because it was getting dark and we each had about an hour and a half drive home! And YES… we had plenty of Diet Coke refills. 😂❤️ My only frustration was having to use the coupon through the app. Seriously, Chipotle… I'm literally standing there handing my phone to the manager because I get frustrated trying to navigate these things! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 But the manager was so patient and helpful that she actually made me feel confident enough to try doing it myself next time. That's customer service! We laughed, talked, took WAY too many pictures, and basically turned the restaurant into our own little reunion/photo-shoot location. 😂❤️ So to the people reading the reviews before deciding whether to come here: PLEASE DON'T GIVE THOSE REVIEWS TOO MUCH WEIGHT—EXCEPT OURS! 😉 Give this new location a chance. Our experience was 5-star all the way—great portions, friendly employees, patience, clean restaurant, and just an overall fun experience. And who knows…if we come back to visit Ben, this might just become our official Tennessee/Wisconsin meetup spot! 🇺🇸❤️ Thank you to the entire Chipotle crew for making our very unexpected reunion such a fun memory! 🌯🥤😂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!
