  I made an online order for one burrito bowl. The app said it would be ready at 12:10. I have been standing inside the restaurant waiting for my order. There have been numerous people come and go for pick up orders as well as ordering in line. It is currently 1230 and I still have yet to receive my order. Definitely will not be back to this location.

  The soda ice machine has been down for 3 months.... Portions are stingy. So if your into small portions and Lukewarm soda with your food this is your spot. Or just go to another location or somewhere else. Save your time.

  I actually can’t believe the experience my family just had here. Chipotle is normally my go to place and I can say I won’t be back after this experience. We walk in and the place is not busy. Our person that was helping make our bowl did not speak a word to us. She would just give us a look insinuating what do you want next? - weird. No one said anything to us. Almost $50 dollars for 2 meals and one kids meal. The place was DISGUSTING. Trash and food literally everywhere on the floor. We go to get our drinks, ice machine is broken. No forks so we had to go ask. We go outside to eat and forgot napkins so wanted to go back in to get some. Patio door is locked. (It was 6 pm / and they don’t close till 11 pm). We went around to the front again to throw away our trash and the trash cans are overflowing with rehab. Again, it was NOT busy. And maybe I would understand if this was after a dinner rush or some thing but there was also no one walking around trying to clean anything up… 0/10 Experience. We will not be back.

  If the surly young woman with the dyed red, curly hair could at least pretend she doesn't completely hate interacting with customers instead of looking like she loathes it to the core of her being, it would go a long way toward making the dining experience a little more pleasant. Walking in, my first thought was, "Should I really do this?" The only redeeming part of the visit was the young woman working the register. She was polite, apologized repeatedly, and seemed to know behind her tight smile that she was working in a place that had completely fallen apart. She's the only reason this review gets two stars instead of one. Meanwhile, the food line was running out of ingredients during the dinner rush, my meal was pieced together with whatever happened to be left, and customers had to navigate piles of trash, used plastic forks scattered across the floor and crushed chips everywhere. I genuinely don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, and I sincerely hope this location turns things around. Right now it doesn't just need a deep cleaning, it needs leadership that takes pride in the Chipotle brand and can get this restaurant back on track. Judging by the other reviews, I'm clearly not the only customer who has noticed. Until I start hearing that things have improved, I won't be back.
