  They were out of Honey, chipotle chicken, and steak and pico and ice. It’s sad this place used to be really good and now it’s rundown.

  The food quality here is very inconsistent! Yesterday was my first time trying this brand, and I ordered a bowl. I thought it was good. But today, on my second visit, I decided to try a burrito, and it felt like there was very little filling inside. It was completely different from what I got yesterday. Even though I ordered a double wrap, the burrito was very very small, and the tortilla wasn’t even fully stretched out when it was wrapped. When I cut the burrito in half, one side had little meat and the other side had no meat at all.

  This location is nasty. Odor when I walked in, deferred cleaning, there was food residue all over the service line, looked like it hadn't been wiped down all day, food was mixed together. I took one look and walked out.

  (This was Saturday May 23 around 4 ish ) Lady in the front Black girl with short curly hair in a ponytail with a black hat on she has a little bit of blonde in her hair she was AWFULL !! She was yelling at her coworkers for some dang cheese, being rude to everybody on shift!! And managers, you can also look at the cameras to see who is working that day!! Because this girl is very rude. Supper rude throwing bags , didn’t even put the top on right. We ordered kids quesadillas. She didn’t even put the top on all the way she threw the bowl in the bag. She was rushing , Huffing and puffing Being rude to my little sister !!! Another girl named Jade Was having an attitude towards me and my little sister. She was a lighter skin tone, black long curly hair was also put in a ponytail. I asked for a drink and she just Aggressively gave me the cup with a stank look. These are the type of employees that you need to get rid of. We did nothing wrong came in here was trying to order something being nice and this is what we get from your employees!!!. You need to fire both of them cause this is unacceptable!!!! And people who work at chipotle You should already know Who the girl is.

  Unfortunately the only chipotle in the area and it is by far the worst one I've ever been to consistently. This location needs better leadership staff or procurement. They are CONSTANTLY either out of ICE, utensils, change and ingredients. They almost never have rice ready, and the portion sizes are laughable because theyre clearly managing such shortage of ingredients. The worst is the bathrooms closed multiple times due to no toilet paper. Its so awful and I unfortunately have no other location to go to and there's never any familiar faces when I come which means turnover has to be crazy high. Someone from the region or leadership needs to heavily visit this location and seriously scrutinize their operations. Its abysmal. Ive held on doing a review for so long but after this recent trip of no white rice, no chicken, no chips, no change and no ice, its absolutely the worst chipotle experience to date.
