I have never had this experience before but I ordered the wrap and wanted to take something off of it, then the lady proceeded to tell me she needed to check and asked her manager. The manager snarled and then told her no. They then told me they couldn’t make it how I wanted. I was ok that they couldn’t take what I wanted off, it was just the fact that they were making rude facial expressions.

I declined to complete my purchase due to local franchisee policy that military/veterans do not get a discount while police do. I understand each store is an independent franchise but Truett and Dan Cathy were both big supporters of the military, especially the original Dwarf cafe, in providing said discount. What’s more bothersome is a selective discount to recognize only police while other first line such as military, ems, and firefighter are excluded. Again, I understand each location is free to decide if and how to give discounts, but people are also free to decide whether to patron the store too. Since this store does not show support towards military/veterans, I will in turn do the same towards them.

Got to the place at 10:20 and only 7 cars to get to the order guy. The 7 cars took 15 minutes because the order guys ipad was messing up. They said it's after 10:30 so I can't get breakfast anymore. Left the line after eating my lunch break and had to drive to sonic down the road for the breakfast burrito. I wouldn't risk it if you only like the breakfast like me

Terrible experience there’s no one in this building that is smart enough not to put lettuce on a salad. That’s all I asked was make me a salad with no lettuce not one person here was intelligent enough to understand that simple request. I do not like lettuce. In fact, I may be allergic to lettuce, but this Chick-fil-A would not heed my request and was going to force me to take the lettuce whether I liked it or not, and when I pushed back on them, they told me I had to leave so just understand that they don’t care what you want it is what they want!! And the interesting thing about not putting lettuce on a salad is I can do it and never leave my vehicle. I don’t even have to go in the building to not put lettuce on a salad. It is a simple reasonable request and denying that request shows me a very sad lack of leadership in this business leadership would say let’s take the lettuce off. Let’s not put the lettuce on for this particular customer because that’s what he asked and they’re trying to tell me that they can’t do that. I didn’t ask you to add something. I ask you to leave something off. You can indeed do that very easily refused. If I had an employee that did this to someone something this simple this simple of a request I would fire them on the spot.
