  Savannah was our server amd she was amazing!!!! She welcomed us, introduced options, made recommendations we enjoyed and was attentive and helpful the ENTIRE experience. Our food tasted amazing. Great customer service and good food still lives! Come to Bonefish Grill Murfreesboro..you won't be disappointed!!

  Server arrived to table late and opened with an immediate excuse of “Sorry, was with another table and they were talking”. Sorry, I can cook. I’m paying for a meal with the expectation of service that goes with it. Chilean sea bass with lemon caper butter is not a hard dish to make..now..:on to the food…the fish arrived late, room temperature and dry. Really? This is not how this place used to be. You walked in and got taken care of. Food was fresh, service was great. Drink was bone dry four times. Unacceptable. It’s coke…it’s not that hard to make…the restaurant itself was at 40-50% capacity. Wife’s drink arrived way late. Bread (you know..:the stuff to munch on while you’re waiting to order…arrived after ordering). The cherry on top was the staff bringing a scanner out and holding it in your face, not allowing you to see the check and forcing a minimum 20% gratuity whether they deserved it or not. That’s solid….great plan there. Normally I tip 50% if the server rocked it. That’s a tough job that’s usually thankless and any kid out there hustling deserves it…but this place and these people? Nope..:will not be returning. Was once my favorite restaurant, tonight killed that. Just garbage, failure at everything this place is there for.

  Savannah is who made this experience worthwhile. I eat out often and the customer experience is typically mediocre. Savannah went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were taken care of. She was attentive, her smile was beautiful and her overall care of us should be a model for all. She was truly a sweetheart.

  Savannah was our server and she was AWESOME !!!! On point the entire time , never missed a beat ! The food was pretty good this time , I had the crab cakes but I would prefer not to have the sauce on top . Other than that the service was amazing !!

  Let me tell y’all, this bonefish exceeds expectations of any restaurant within 100 miles. We had the Mediterranean Salmon and Chilean Seabass and they were out of this world. The sparkling cucumber martini was so refreshing and just what I needed on a warm day. Travis and Jeremy, the managers, were so kind and elevated our experience to another level. We felt like we were VIP’s in a more than busy restaurant just by the way they took so much time to spend with us this evening. Thank you bonefish, we will be back!!
