You an ALL CHICKEN RESTAURANT WHY SHOULD UT TAKE 12 MINUTES TO FRY FOOD YOU KEEP ON HAND ALL DAY! It doesn't make sense! And it was multiple cars waiting! Terrible operations planning, customer service, and wait times! I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

Meanwhile, like six other cars got their food and left before us. What really got me was seeing employees just standing around inside instead of getting orders out. No updates, no explanation, nothing. It felt like we were completely forgotten about for a super simple order. Definitely shouldn’t take that long, especially when you’re asked to pull up. Just a really frustrating experience.

There’s no excuse for a large chain fast food corporation with industrial equipment to take 20 mins to cook a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with potatoes. Absolutely no excuse
