  Boy with blonde hair kept touching his hair and rubbing his nose without washing his hands and then scooping ice creams. One of the girls working next to him was also just wiping her hands on counters like she was trying to get ice cream off of them instead of just washing their hands in the sink right behind them. Its gross. Hat should be required and hand hygiene needs to be reinforced.

  My wife loves Baskin Robbins Mint chocolate chip ice cream. We were in Murfreesboro having dinner and decided to get her a single scoop on a sugar cone with a cup of water. The lady taking the money said something, it was loud, noisy area. It was over $7. I asked her, $7 for a single scoop? She and the bottled water. I told her I asked for a cup of water. She said all they sold were bottles. I told her I did not want the bottle and she said they cannot do a refund. We were handed the cone and the bottle of water. This is how companies fail. We will not ever have another treat from there.

  We came in to get a sweet treat , and go to baskin Robbins often . It's not always the same location but same company . Today we came in , my daughter and I decided to say a Dubai inspired sundae . It took forever to get it and when we finally did it looked NOTHING like the advertised picture . Not filled all the way and it was smaller than my hand . Would not recommend

  Went in tonight and was treated very disrespectfully and unprofessionally by one employee in specific. There was one behind the counter without any uniform on at all and he accused me of being a gay lesbian and then of being a transgender. When I initially walked in I did not even realize this was actually an employee until I was buying my friend's ice cream after i bought mine and he began to accuse my identity. Very unprofessional and has deeply impacted how I view this organization seeing as they allow customers to be treated and accused unprompted in such a manner. I have been a very loyal customer up until this point. Typically I come in and buy ice cream or a drink and then sit down and read my Bible because I enjoy the normally calm environment. I mind my business, pay in full with tip, and clean up after myself. This is the worst I have been treated by anyone I pay to do a service for me let alone someone at this establishment buy someone who just claimed to work there.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. Service? Horrible. We went in tonight to get a milkshake and the guys in there didn’t care about their job at all. They were milking the clock, not taking any drive-thru orders and standing around talking. Management should be very disappointed. Oh, also they asked us multiple different times what we wanted and then went on to do something else. They were more interested in touching their hair than taking orders. Won’t be back to this location again.
