    We waited for 25 min. And we had roast beef sandwiches and they was cold we also got 2 Mac and cheese and they was very cold over all very poor customer service i would not recommend this arbys

    Tried the new steak mac bowl combo, it had exactly 4 pieces of steak in it.. FOUR! 16 dollars for a Mac n cheese with 4 pieces of steak. Never again.

    They pulled us for 10 minutes. The fries were horrible. The food was not fresh. We spend over 40 dollars. The roast beef tasted old. The potato cakes were hot and tasty. Thanks for ruining my kids dinner. A refund would be nice. Do you ever answer your telephone? I called all afternoon. Thanks for nothing. Never Again.
