    USE TO EAT HERR A FEW TINES A WEEK BUT, THEY WERE SO RUDE TO ME TODAY, I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ARBY'S AGAIN. SPEND $35+ TO WAIT 27 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD! THEN THEY TRY TO GIVE ME THE WRONG FOOD!!! SO I WAIT EVEN LONGER! THEN THE CURLY FRIES ARE COLD AND GREASY LIMP

    They asked us to pull up bc the rest of our food had to cook. We got our our food but had 3 out of the 6 sandwiches in our bag. Went back inside and let them know food was missing. Took them 10 more minutes to prepare the 3 missing sandwiches. By the time we got home (7 minutes away) Everything was cold. Any other Arby's I've been too have extremely hot food even after we drive home. Maybe they were understaffed this day and at this location?
