  Haven’t been to this location in a while because the food is always mediocre, but saw on the sign the pecan chicken salad was back so I had to stop in. To say I was disappointed was an understatement!! First we had to wait 10 minutes to get our food with nobody in the drive thru. We ordered 3 combos. 2 chicken salad sandwich ones and one beef and cheddar with 2 extra cups of cheddar. We get all the way home to discover we were given a BBQ sandwich instead of beef and cheddar, shorted us a curly fry and shorted us a cheese cup. I open up my sandwich to see they changed the lettuce to shredded (terrible decision) and made mine with the end piece! So, after toasting the bread (another new addition was not a fan of) mine was crunchy and too hard to eat. Husband said fries tasted old and cold. Tried to call to speak with a manager, but nobody answered the phone! Why change something that was already perfect? Maybe spend the money to train staff to get orders correct and put of decent food!

  I just wanted to recognize Trenton (or Quienton — I may have misspelled his name) working at the Memorial Blvd Arby’s in Murfreesboro. His customer service absolutely blew me away tonight. He was respectful, professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. You can tell this young man has an incredible work ethic and was raised right. In a time where good customer service is becoming rare, he stood out in a BIG way. Arby’s needs more employees like him. I have a nine year old son that was super happy with how friendly this young man was. On our way home he said,”He treated us like we were family!” Need I say anymore. Very bright young man! Kids his age could really learn from him! ~Kimberly

  Jessica was an absolute delight! The whole staff were so cheerful and focused and it was a truly great experience!

  Lazy, Lazy, Lazy bunch! They show up for work late and when they don't feel like doing something they say it's discontinued. I tried to order the new chopped brisket bowl and she said they discontinued it!!! Never go to this location. I actually showed up to pick up my food one morning and they showed up 15 minutes late! I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make my food. The ARBY'S AT MEMORIAL IS TERRIBLE!

  The manager was on her phone the hole time taking my order and this was after sitting at the order box outside for 15 min when I walked inside there was no one at the register so I do not understand why someone couldn't take my order
