  I go to Panera maybe once every 2 or 3 years just to give it another chance, but it is still mainting a cool 2 underwhelming stars. I asked them which sandwich has the most meat on it, and after the look of confusion passed, she said they weigh all the meat portions at two ounces. My "cheese steak" had about a 10 to 1 bread to meat ratio, and was strangely sweet, leading me to imagine, this must be what a beef flavored pop tart must taste like.

  I haven't been to Panera Bread in a while and that's because every time I go it seems when I order a sandwich or a salad there is never the amount of meat that matches salad or that matches the bread so I stopped going for a long time and this time I tried a new wrap salad in the pocket and definitely got it and I opened it up maybe had three pieces of chicken so that's the only thing that stops me from going to each his own

  Haven't been here in a long time because everytime I would visit they got my order wrong and was nasty about it...I order the same thing all the time. Welp! Here we go again...placed my order and no avocado, pickle or extra garlic aioli. Went back to the counter and the young lady with piercings was polite as she corrected but as she was doing so I overheard another employee Cameron talking and she was complaining about me complaining about my order. I told the young lady with the piercings about and asked for the manager ( she was) and I told her that I heard Cameron comments and I didn't appreciate it. I took my avocado and pickle back to the table and got more disgusted when I look at the pickle and the bowl had hair on it! I have a hat on and I have no hair! I'm done...ya'll win cooking at home

  Dirty tables, it's self service or no service for the most part. The only service they do is make your food. Heaven forbid you ask for a to go box for what you didn't eat to take home. They look at you like you're asking for free food.

  I’ve been a customer for many years and the service and friendliness I received on 2/26 was notable and needs to be recognized. This young man’s name is Garfield. His manners and kindness are natural, we try to train hospitality, he comes with it! Great hire
