  Never been to a stingier chipotle. There was absolutely no one there and the employees seemed annoyed we wanted steak and they had to make it. It was 5:30, no reason to be annoyed when this should be dinner rush and should be prepared for incoming guests. Then the steak was so salty and fatty.

  This has got to be one of the worst Chipotles I have ever picked up from I do doordash I had a catering order from them that was supposed to have been picked up at 11:34 at 11:55 they still were not done with the order I ended up canceling the order due to having to wait so long and being on the schedule did not want to get a contract violation I thought the one out on elm Hill Pike and donelson was bad but I will never accept another order from this Chipotle

  Great service, great food, and everything was clean! Chipotles generally have small openings at their trash cans, which can at times overflow. These were great, frequently emptied, and staff were always cleaning when they were not preparing orders. That is something that has been lacking at fast casual restaurants recently. I’m very pleased to see its return at this new location. We’ll be back.
