- CCCroceJun 28, 20261.0I stopped by after a long day flying. I ordered something I'd ordered dozens of times before from different locations. I ordered on app so I did not see it being made. I took a bite and it was crazy hot. A few more bites to see if was all crazy hot and it was. I talked to a worker who said a sauce, I had gotten before, was made with a lot of jalapeños that day. I asked manager if they could remake it for me since it was too hot for me to finish. He said no because I had eaten some already. I had to insist and even then he wanted me to go to back of the line. I refused. He pouted as he made the bowl and just left it for me to cover myself. I asked for his name. He wouldn't give it to me. He said it was confidential. Another employee told me it was Andrew. I don't know if that was correct. This experience was so bizarre! I have no idea how that young man can be employed anywhere.
