I’ve been coming to this Whataburger in Mt Juliet for a while, and the difference compared to last year is honestly incredible. The restaurant has changed for the better in so many ways. The inside is clean, the service is fast and friendly, and the food has been consistently hot, fresh, and made right.
A big part of that improvement seems to come from the leadership. Chad Getty, the GM, is incredible with customers and genuinely seems to care about making sure people have a great experience. It’s refreshing to see a GM who is present, engaged, and clearly takes loves his restaurant and his team.
Definitely one of the biggest turnarounds I’ve seen at a Whataburger. Keep up the great work!
I came here hungry.....
And in my fashion, I'm changing the menu around to suit my taste.
So I asked for a grilled chicken taquito/burrito. Manager or shift leader was slightly irritated, but I get it, because I normally change menus at places, so no worries, he snapped out of it, bounced back in the game, put the order in and got it done.
Seven, another worker on shift passed me my order. Very respectful, and prior to, I seen them in the back trying to figure how to roll my grilled chicken burrito/taquito.
They got it done.....
After my order was finished and I had my food, I went back to the register to get a side of ranch, avocado, and I needed some picante sauce, bro (Seven), he just knocked it out, no complaint no nothing, just matter of fact customer service excellence.
I know this is Whataburger, but hey, I actually got off of the exit for some steak tacos, but the place I wanted to go weren't open yet across the street, so I settled for Whataburger.
Again, great customer service. Also, one of the cooks back there, guy with the braids, excellent customer service as well, as when I was at the register ordering he spoke up, like everyone should when making eye contact with customers.
This is a chill, but good Whataburger, they should definitely have higher reviews.
Excellent overall experience from start to finish, starting with manager (?!?! white shirt shift lead??!?!), both Seven and the other cook.
You guys represented the Whataburger brand with well.
Let's go......
