  I just ordered for the first time today and they were amazing!! They opened early for me and put together a catering order together on the fly after I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location!! Really appreciate the quick service in a pinch!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Google maps is off. Says it's in the building with Charis Music but it's another building back with the dentist. The bagels were okay. Nothing special. We got the cheddar jalapeno bagel with garlic herb cream cheese, and the basically sandwich. The sandwich was flavorless even with the cheddar jalapeno bagel and the ugly sauce.

  ok, came back again this week and had the pizza bagel. Delicious!! Finally came in to try out Ugly Bagel! The bagels are delicious! We tried the Graham flavored bagel with cream cheese which was great, not too sweet and nice flavor. We also had a sausage, egg and cheese on Asiago - the sausage had a great flavor and the Asiago bagel had a great lunch of flavor. I'm already picking out what to order on the next visit!

  Walked in to no greeting no human interaction, just a kiosk. Once we began starting our order you don’t even have options to add an extra meat to your sandwich or a cream cheese outside of the two it pre chooses for you. Once we realized we wouldn’t be able to get what we wanted out of our order we decided to walk right out. We went right down the road to Jersey Oven Bagel, were immediately greeted by 3 people, we were helped and offered a sample of a flavor of bagel we’d never had. We were willing to try Ugly Bagel as a new addition to our bagel stops but just cannot support how cold that place feels.

  Walked in, it's only touch screen ordering. There's no one around to answer any questions for you. There is another bagel place that opened in town, that has real people there and they are super friendly. No thanks to the robot bagels. EDIT: Even though I didn't purchase, as soon as I left, I started getting texts from their third party ordering app - confirming a rewards account that I never agreed to. Now I have to get deleted from that data system. And I never agreed to be contacted. Called and talked to manager Shawn, who seemed to not really know what to do. The text didn't give me an option to opt out, so now I have to spend my time dealing with Toast. Y'all need to keep an eye on this place. This is a lot of hassle for a piece of bread.
