  I ordered a ribbon cake for my daughter’s birthday from the Mt.Juliet, TN location on Monday for a Friday pick up. The cake did not even look complete. It has no ribbon, it has no dollops and the writing was atrocious and not even centered correctly. I expect that what I paid for in the least would be cursive art. I’m so disappointed because I haven’t been in the past.

  So went to a movie and then went to get ice cream. It said that they don’t close till 9 (it was literally 8 on the dot). As soon as i opened the door, blonde girl said “we’re closed” in a very rude tone. 1. Why does it say yall don't close till 9? 2. If yall are “closed” then lock the door 3. They were just standing around doing nothing and when we left they gave us attitude looking faces (like staring at us talking when we were sitting in the car…) Yall i just wanted ice cream😔 DW WE WENT TO BASKIN ROBBINS CUZ THEY HAVE NEVERR DONE ME WRONG🤞🏻
