There was a short wait for my food, but not too long, and it gave me a chance to look around the restaurant and snap pics 📸 As I walked near the grill, the crew was working quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to ask how I was doing. The young man who handed me my order was very polite as well; he thanked me and told me to have a great day. Everyone was professional, attentive, and focused on their work. No one was on their phone or made me feel like I was a burden. That level of customer service is rare at fast-food restaurants, so I really want to recognize the staff working that Wednesday evening. I ordered the junior burger and small fries. The burger was one of the best I’ve had in town, the fries were fresh, and the portions were so generous that I had leftovers. Great food and even better service, thank you to the entire crew on 9/2/26 (evening), y’all rock!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
