  While me and my family was in Subway in Mountain City at 715pm on April 18th, I experienced the most unprofessional and disgust of service from the 2 ladies making the sandwich’s. One lady was just fusing from the beginning about not wanting to be there and then started sliding sandwich’s down the line and it was falling into the other food. After experiencing watching this person do this to every sub I asked her why she was so unprofessional about making my food. She responded back with no apology but an excuse of why she asked the way she did. I waited for an apology of any sort and got nothing. ABSOLUTELY, the last time I’ll ever go to this subway. My family was appalled. Disgusting service!

  These workers just stare at you when you walk in they dont greet you with hi welcome to subway like the rest they dont even say anything they act crazy or something like they hate their job lol hated this place

  Tonight makes the third and final time that I will be eating at this store. The employees either Don't listen or Don't care about the quality of the food. A few months ago , I ordered a six inch sub and got a three inch sub instead. I know that it was only three inches bc I took a ruler and measured it. It looked smaller then normal is the only reason I did measure it. Was not worth the money I spent for it. A few weeks ago I got another sub and made sure to tell the girl making it that i am allergic to onions and that if there was any mixed in with the other items to not put it on my sub. When I got home and got halfway through it, I bit into a piece of onion. Luckily I was at home and not somewhere else bc I had to take medication to stop the allergic reaction I was having. I know that things happen and depending on the color onions are hard to separate from the lettuce, but when it is a totally different color its not that hard. Then tonight, my husband gets me a six inch tuna sub with lettuce and black olives. All I got was bread even after my husband asks to have more put on it. I could have bought a small can of tuna from the store and had more to eat. That was a very poor excuse for a sub. There is only one girl that works there that will actually listen to me and will make sure that if there is even a slight chance that any onions are mixed in with other toppings, she will tell me before hand. I don't remember her name right off hand but she has dark brown hair and a star tattoo around one of her eyes. I have worked in a few different reastraunt s for over 7 years so I know that it is hard at times to please a customer, but when someone tells you that they are allergic to something, you make sure that either you tell the person that it comes on it or you make sure that it doesn't get put on the food item. I wouldn't want to be responsible for putting someone in the hospital bc I didn't listen and/or didn't care. I will No longer be going to this reastraunt.
