  I got my two ice cream things out I got the tropical cream slush and it was not mixed very well at all and the top of it was all yellow and not mixed and the fruit I could barley chew in it and then I got a Cookie Dough mini blast and it came out blended but It didn’t have any cookie dough on top so very disappointing I try not to come to this sonic cause of the atmosphere and the workers and cause the food here is terrible cause it’s the closet one to my house but I have to go to a sonic 15 minutes away from just to get good service and respect and being surrounded and feel safe in another sonic atmosphere! There are people smoking weed around sonic property and made me almost want to puke

  Very busy location and staff worked very hard to get orders out quickly. Everyone was very kind and professional. Food was hot and good too!

  Multiple times this Sonic has given me the worst possible drinks and food. I pay a ton of extra money to customize my drink. My last order of my drink (I get a route 44 ocean water, extra syrup, then add extra cherry).. no joke, it was TAP WATER! (No, not flat soda, literal tap water!) then they dumped a cherry fruit into it, so it was slightly tinged red. This time, it’s soda at least, but they’re watering their syrups down heavily, or something. It’s terrible, I’ve never in my life had such terrible drinks from a sonic. I also didn’t get a straw. Got mozerella sticks that seemingly weren’t even cooked, they’re still frozen inside, AND I wasn’t given the dip either. This is definitely a crappy, cheap franchise owner. I can’t imagine how bad you’d have to be to run a restaurant this poorly that even drinks have to be watered down and messed with.

  Parking lot is horrible potholes everywhere and deep. The cashier didn't take my orders correctly and when I received my order it was made horribly it was too much syrup and wasn't mixed I ordered 2 large passion fruit and mixed berry slushes and I only received medium slushes when me and my daughter took a sip it instantly made our head hurt and my daughter literally got sick I got dizzy. When I poured my slush out it was all the mixed berry syrup at the bottom of the cup not mixed it was horrible

  I ended up being 30 minutes late for my doordash order. If you're expecting speed i would go to another sonic. Everytime i pick up a doordash delivery order i end up waiting 15+ minutes. It also should be standard to provide a drink carrier for delivery orders, i always have to ask. And when i do ask the employee disappears and doesnt come back for a while. My deliveries are TIMED!!! this is RIDICULOUS! The drinks are always overspilling and they forget to provide enough straws. When I went to the door myself to ask a THIRD time for my drink carrier I saw the employee talking and dilly dallying. I didn't catch her name but she had facial piercings and colored hair. This is a joke.
