  I stopped by Domino’s Pizza around 10 PM, knowing they close at midnight, so I used the drive-thru. After waiting about five minutes with no response, I tried going inside, but the door was locked. I noticed there was only one employee inside, clearly overwhelmed and working on multiple orders. When I tried the door, he asked me to go back through the drive-thru, and by that point, more cars had pulled in. I want to be clear that I’m not upset with the employee, I actually feel for them. Being the only person working late at night, handling everything alone, seems incredibly stressful and unfair. probably to keep labor down or because it’s understaffed because it’s probably terrible to work there because they put their employees in situation like this. My frustration is with the company for allowing a situation like this. It reflects poor staffing and puts unnecessary pressure on employees while also affecting customer experience. I ultimately decided to leave, and I won’t be returning to this location. No one should have to work under those conditions, and customers shouldn’t be put in that situation either.

  We ordered pizzas and breadsticks through the app, it gave us a time to pick it up and then sent a message that it was ready. My son showed up after the "ready to pick up" time and they don't have the order. Someone at the store tells him they're gonna have to remake the entire order but won't give him a reason why. I called the store to ask what's going on and The employee told me she doesn't know what's going on and "we just get really busy." I told her we ordered through the app and it told us it was ready. She told me "we tell people not to use the app because it's wrong all the time and it doesn't give correct information." She argued with me over the phone and told me she doesn't know why they're having to remake it and the managers are too busy to talk to me. We'll never go back. Their pizza has declined in quality over the years.

  Got 2 pizzas. Gluten free and regular crust. The deals were great. The food not so much. Gluten free pizza doesn't mean no cheese. Overall not a great experience. Other dominoes are much better
