    Can’t get helpful or quick assistance at the counter and most of the employees are kind of rude. There is no menu, but the kiosks aren’t always operational. Sometimes my mobile order either doesn’t make it to the kitchen, or is ignored/missed. I highly recommend you go anywhere else, or any other McDonald’s if you can!

    Really dislike the new layout. Have to ask for refills and no one was upfront to help customers. Expected everyone to order thru the app or kiosk.

    Bone in my 5yr olds nugget and McDonald's refused to even give a refund. Look at this bone y'all!!!!!

    Usually take the grand kids here, however, today was extremely annoying, no assistance ip front, seems like priority is given to the drive thru and mobile orders, and those that choose to dine in are left to find for themselves. No help, no assistance, while staff are running like chickens taking care of mobile and drive thru...personally watched several dine in customers walk out due to no service up front. Sad that the emphasis is not on the in person experience

    When they tore this one down for a complete rebuild they should've just left it an empty lot. Quit going there years ago due to bad service. I'm literally here now waiting over 20 minutes now for an online order for my daughter that was put in 5-10 minutes before I arrived. The new state of the art building can't help the lack of efficient customer service.
