  Anytime I come to this McDonalds the staff is always rude and always gets my orders wrong. I seen they had roaches in the kitchen and they did nothing about it. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful people working there.

  Have had on multiple occasions where I never got all my food,not making my order right, wait time being over +30 mins. Recent order I’m missing a 10pc nuggets and extra meat on two sandwiches so will not be coming back here agin.

  Never come to this nasty place. Me and my sister come here after watching a movie and we are hungry, they take literally forever to bring us our food which was not an over excessive amount. The lady proceeds to say “10 piece?” Like that tells us anything considering many of people could’ve ordered a ten piece of chicken nuggets. We start eating and the bread on the chicken is soggy. Wet. No chicken should have any sogginess to it. My burger is dryer then the Sahara desert and my sisters dirty doctor pepper takes like old un carbonated pickle juice with a hint of mango. I do NOT recommend coming to this location if you want to be pissed off for the rest of your day.

  Went here today and won't be back. The previous store was okay, but now? WORSE! Why would a restaurant be a restaurant when the place dont even have menus on the wall?? Then while we was taking our order, we had asked for the Mario kids meal, the worker lady said "its literally just a regular kids meal with a Mario toy", like um ok? thats what we want. We sat down and received our food, they still didnt get the ranch and napkins we had asked for when we ordered our food. So I had went up to the counter to ask, the literal workers in the back were HIDING so they wouldn't help me. Then this one worker guy passed right by me like he didnt even acknowledge me, wouldn't even look at me and went to the back to laugh and giggle to the workers in the back. Finally flagged someone down to get what we need, but the guy who i thought would give us our stuff was TOTALLY rude. Literally said " well, as long as you didnt get it" and walked off, AND STILL HANDED ME NOTHING. We finally got ranch and napkins but 100% will not be back. Yall need to get better workers or this place will go downhill FAST, no joke. And also, napkins and other necessities should be out to where customers have excess, not were we have to flag lazy workers down.

  I went through drive thru tonight, we ordered some food and a ice cream cone, well we pulled up to the window, a younger mix girl had the ice cream cone ready, it was melting all over her fingers, finger nails and hand, and there was no napkins around it at all, we asked her could she please remake us one, she rolled her eyes at us and breathed really hard, went back over the the ice cream machine and threw the ice cream cone she had made, she did make us a new one, but she was so rude to us, and my 3 year old son was with me and seen her acting like that, throwing the ice cream cone, slamming the window in our face, she should not be working there, that’s no way to treat people I hope you all pull the cameras and watch the way she acted to us and throwing that ice cream cone too, just bc we asked her to please make us a new one bc it was melted and melting all over her fingers, finger nails and hand by the way this is the only McDonalds I like and will go to, I order here ALOT never have i experienced this or anything bad this is the very first time I come through almost every single night, I would give you all a 5 star but there was no reason at all for that girl to be mean like that to us tonight
