  Service was good. Went through the drive thru picked up my online order. Ordered 2 subs some potato salad. The bread was hard as a rock I don’t understand that. They couldn’t tell the bread was hard when they made it . We couldn’t even chew it. It was like the bread was left out in the air with no cover .

  I just used my birthday reward to order a #2 big John I believe. When I came to the window I was told that there was no sandwich with my name on it. I showed my order confirmation. I have a screenshot that included the address for this location but I was turned away... What? No sandwich. Reward burned. I will never come here again. Local guides are charged with accurate information via reviews to guide the general public. Here you go. Decide for yourself. What has become of customer service in 2026?
