- DJDustin JonesApr 6, 20265.0Can I say tens tens across the board I absolutely love Duncan p e r i o d but this Duncan especially when it's right next to fast dog get gas and my coffee okay check and plus the staff is always friendly every time I walk in and they make my drink right I know people complain they get their stuff wrong but every time I walk in they get mine right 👍 I definitely recommend this Duncan which is in the fast Stop on West AJ highway on the west end of Morristown Tennessee

I was going to purchase 3 doughnuts and a frozen coffee, but ended up not getting the coffee because the girl that rung me up was not interested in helping me. She asked me how she could help me. I told her 2 Boston Kreme's and before I could tell her what else I wanted, she had thrown them in a bag and ran to the register to ring it up as I told her what else I would like. She put her hand on her hip and said, How many total are you buying?" I told her 3. Before I got to tell her I also want a frozen coffee, she had ran back to the register rung it all up and gave me my total. I was not in the store longer than 3 or 4 minutes. I could understand if it was busy or if I had been standing there for a long time and could not make up my mind. So with her in a big hurry to go back to whatever it was she was doing, I paid for my doughnuts only (didn't walk out without them because my mom had requested one). I got in my car and went across the road to 7Brew to get my frozen coffee. First and last time in your store.
