- CBChristian Burnstoday3.0I want to start this off by saying I do come here at minimum 3 times per week and always tip. But here lately the service is hit or miss, one day it’s good the other not so good. Some times the coffee tastes old and burnt and the other times it’s great. I always get an iced coffee and the past 3 times I have went they changed the lids! When I get cold foam I want a sip lid, not just a lid with a straw! That defeats the whole purpose of getting cold foam. Anyways I hope this location steps it up. I do wanna give praise to the guy who is at the drive thru window sometimes in the morning, he gives awesome customer service and he should get a raise!

Yesterday morning, I had a long trip to Knoxville ahead of me so I stopped by this location to pick up a pumpkin spiced latte. That latte’ wasn’t sweet at all. It almost tasted like just straight coffee 🤢 I had to stop by bojangles right next to the interstate to ask them for some sugar packets and had to explain to them about my Dunkin coffee. Do better, please!

- BBB BAug 24, 20261.0Post Date: 08/24/26 Lately, this Morristown Tn East side Dunkin’ has drifted into poor customer service, electronic menu board continually malfunctioning, and staff who can’t fix problems on their own. Better start thinking about robots and AI solutions… humans are disappointing the customers. Your breakfast competitor once had a saying “Where’s the Beef?”. The new Dunkin’ slogan should be “WHERE’S THE MANAGER & OWNER?”
