They offered to replace my meal anyway and when I refused they gave me a free bag of chips. Haven't been to a restaurant with that level of costumer satisfaction in a long time.

The mexican street corn was delightful and the guac had good flavor as well. It wasn't just a bland blob of avocado and onion like many other restaurants. I like that I have the option to skip the rice and beans and have a low-carb dish and that I can direct how much of each ingredient to add. The downside is that they are expensive. My son and I each got a bowl with a fountain drink and it ran $43. That seemed excessive to me which will limit how often I frequent the establishment.

I felt like I inconvenienced him when I asked for extra stuff. The lady that rang me up at the cash register also felt like I inconvenienced her for asking for chips and a large drink. I love coming to chipotle but this was just embarrassing. Not to mention the place is not clean at all.

If I’m paying a decent price for food, I expect a decent amount of food. Also the inside is usually always dirty.
