  $17.00 for a burrito? First and last visit. It wasn't even an AMAZING burrito. It was a burrito I could drive 5 minutes down the road and get for half this

  I'll start by stating that I am a big fan of Chipotle, and have been to 15+ locations in many states. That being said, this is the worst managed one I've ever seen and it's not close. Not only is the staff poorly trained, they're inattentive and lack any customer service skills at all. I was the only person in the restaurant, and I stood in line 10 minutes before the going man took my order. He saw me, then continued to write on his notepad for 10 minutes before acknowledging me. That should have been my cue to walk out, unfortunately I was quite hungry. The food isn't fresh nor adequately stocked. I understand service and food quality/ quantity can suffer during busy times and the staff being overwhelmed. That was not the case. As Instated before, I was literally the only person in the restaurant (others were obviously smarter than me and avoid this place). If you're craving Chipotle I suggest you make a trip to Knoxville or Sevierville. Trust me it's worth the extra drive because although you're paying the premium Chipotle price, you're not getting the Chipotle experience at this location.

  Great food terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Extremely rude workers had multiple bad and really bad unprofessional pleasant encounters here while trying to feed my family. My daughter spit up popcorn and they freaked out and kicked us out and said they had to close store down but the bigger woman behind the counter was going off on us and threatening to call the police in us for no reason very very rude and needs fired!

  I have waited to try this place three times before leaving a review, so this is my fair assessment. The staff are fast and efficient about getting your order done, however there is no friendly customer service whatsoever. The food itself is hit or miss. The first time was great. The next time it was inedible due to the amount of salt/seasoning thrown on the food, this last time was a combination of both. Portion sizes are hit and miss as well. The first time was good, but has kept going downhill. I guess a positive would be the drink station, it’s cleaner than most chipotles I’ve been in and the drink canisters are kept full. Overall, and I mean this in no rude way, I think this place should be closed for a week, and the staff retrained or something on customer service. In the meantime salsaritas is the better option in town.

  The food was good and the place was nice I don’t want to be rude but the people was kinda slow today to get the order. Next time I’ll go through the drive through for a mobile order
