  They have very poor service they let employees go in that don’t even work there that day and make their own food and then you sit in a damn pick up line for 30 minutes waiting on something that was supposed to be done 35 minutes ago it’s bullshit

  Literally the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. If you want to wait 15+ for someone to take your order (every time) come here! It’s been run down with poor management for years now, I don’t understand how they’re still in business. Their ice cream is always melted slop and the food is always nasty and burned. Trash sonic. It’s funny how the owner is always replying and “apologizing” in the reviews and yet nothing changes 🤣 they have no idea what they’re doing or how to run a business. Never seen anything this bad before just find a new job

  Ordering screen was missing, dead or 1 of 5 working. Not too many customers were there!? Great shakes at shake prices.

  I went there on my lunch break ordered 2 Route44 sweet teas and a medium order of cheese fries. I was at a stall and sat for 15 minutes before pushing the button the lady informed me it was drive thru only before I could say anything the girl came out with my order. The tea was fine but the fries were burnt, oily and was not edible. I will not be going there again. Worst Sonic ever.

  Took about 10 minutes to get someone to take our order after pressing the button twice since they apparently cleared out the first request without saying anything so we had to hit it a second time. Waited another 30 minutes for food to come with no heads up it would be such an insane wait. This location has only 1/4 the screens installed and there wasn't that many people ordering. 40 mins for fast food is crazy.
