  Cheese burger was wrapped in brown juice leaking all over brown liquid don't know what it was.the fries were dark brown to like cooked in old grease they weren't burnt just amost black soggy oil feel .got the same order from 2 other sonic stores last couple months no problems .haven't eaten here about year .other places didn't have that brown juice alot of it. I want eat at this place again. There card machine doesn't work for walk up orders either. And it was about lunch time little after not busy only few cars there.very disappointed .

  Management needs to get more staff on site and stop being cheap because this location being understaffed is leading to many problems. I have came before and they were extremely slow but polite so I didn’t care, but this time was different. I had a mobile order for just a corn dog kids meal and they gave me a corn dog so dang burnt it was split open and blacker than pavement. Workers were annoyed that they served it to me like did you think I wouldn’t complain be for real😂 Would yall eat this lmk? Thanks! This is crazy!

  We pulled in to order and the drive thru line was backed up to the road. We went to a booth and rang the bell and 10 minutes later a girl came on and told us there would be a 15-20 minute wait if we ordered food.

  This is the absolute worst Sonic - any fast food restaurant - i have ever visited. They don’t answer the call button. I have more than once ordered and never got any food. I have ordered in the app and they “didn’t notice it”…no apologies. I tried again today, same terrible service.

  Touch screen didnt work. I always tip digitally these days. Couldn't do so with a faulty machine. Only had a single to tip since I couldn't use the tap screen. I told the person who brought my well, food is technically correct... they said that the managers keep getting them fixed but they don't last long. Only the machines right next to the building still are plugged in.
