Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

They said they gave our order away in the drive through so we had to wait an additional 15 minutes on the food. Got home, and this is the burnt chicken sandwich they gave me. I did try a piece because looks can be deceiving. It was dry and awful. I guess at least it's not raw like some of the other reviews I see on here. Will not be returning.

Unfortunately, today’s visit was a disappointing experience, not because of the food itself, but because of the service. We ordered both burgers with **no mustard**, but they came out with mustard on them—and somehow even on top of the bun. When I calmly explained the issue to the manager, the cashier who took our order stood nearby making faces the entire time. She then rolled her eyes, said “okay,” and walked away. It was frustrating, especially since this whole situation was due to her mistake. I’ve included a picture since she would not give her name so I could call corporate—maybe they’ll see this. Her attitude is the same every single week, and it’s honestly becoming sickening. That said, Aiden the manager handled everything professionally and fixed the issue quickly, which I really appreciated. However, the cashier’s attitude was unacceptable and left a negative impression on an otherwise great place.
