  Just as the other reviews say. We had a 12 sandwich order. people this day and age have dietary issues like no dairy! we went online and dressed the sandwiches , and what we put in were completely ignored. We paid for bacon , not put on the sandwich . We had several ordered with NO cheese . They were ignored and cheese was put on them. we ordered cookies and no cookies. we ordered 6 regular chips and 6 jalapeno chips, we got 12 jalapeno chips. I guess it is difficult to find someone who is able to read and follow simple directions. I agree fire the whole lot and start over. we had a 172.00 order that only half of the people could eat or was dressed properly. its comical to spend that kind of money and not get what you ordered. We will not be going back here and we buy our employees lunch twice a week. Terrible service. stay away from this place if want to get what you paid for......nice pre-written reply to the review, couldnt even get a human response. These people just dont care about service or taking care of a customer....

  Service is always fast and respoectful/friendly. Orders are sometimes the wrong sandwich and somewhat bland flavor. Atmosphere is neutral, not particularly good or bad.

  ORDERED 2 SUBS ONE with extras Payed for extras upon arriving back home found no extras and just ham and bread Called it in female assistant manager attended me she remember order and stated she would correct it she stated when go in they make it right So far so good Called in a few days later and amnesia nothing noted on my account or credit given. THIS is terrible business practice They lost a regular customer.

  I decided to give this location another shot, after meeting with one of the franchise partners. And not just my surprise the same cook does the same thing as before and leaves off the buffalo sauce for the 5th time that cook should be fired I do not recommend he make a sandwich ever again

  The millington Location is my absolute fave. When I see the manager Jose at work or on the grill..I know automatically my sandwich gone be fye!🔥
