I return to the store to pick up the rest of my order, no apology and employees are rude. The food has also become subpar. The last straw was a store manager, yes, a manager, arguing with me over what I ordered. I returned home, missing an entire meal. I returned to the store, with my receipt, and explained the issue with 3 people who couldn’t deal with it. The manager came to my window, looked at my receipt, and stated “I didn’t pay for the Mac and cheese”. The order taker rang up the meal incorrectly. She put fries as the side instead of Mac and cheese.” She never once acknowledged much less apologized. All she was concerned about was $1.94 I owed for the Mac and cheese. I explained to her “ I have no problem whatsoever paying the $1.94, but you are not going to acknowledge the mistake!!??” She blamed the order takers!!! I have several more lengthy stories but it seems to fall on deaf ears. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year and this is the first time I’ve made a review/complaint. I will be contacting corporate Monday.

Today I ordered a gallon of sweet tea and they had me pull forward and I waited probably 15 minutes for this gallon to come out. They gave me a unsweet gallon and I called up there to ask for them to charge me back for the gallon. They put me on hold came back and told me I needed to come back up there if I wanted my money back since I ordered multiple items. I’ve had other locations refund me before without having to go back. I believe they purposely gave me the unsweet tea and lied about having to go back knowing I couldn’t bc my lunch break is over. Most the workers there know my face bc I eat there a lot, how ever I will never go back to this location again. I know they probably don’t care but if they treat a near daily customer this way then they don’t care about any customer at all if you ask me.
