  Food is always good. Our server, Darren was awesome. Very friendly, quick service.

  The servers have trouble taking orders because the music is so loud they can’t hear. The manager, Heidi has an attitude if you complain about the food being made wrong.

  Taylor, the bartender, over-served alcohol to men at the bar and constantly flirted with them. Men were clearly drunk and rowdy. Men kept making sexual comments the whole restaurant could hear. Meanwhile, our server Cheyl kept hugging people and talking to them forgetting to ring in our order. She kept walking out the front door. Our food was cold when we got it. Now Daren the bartender we love him and he’s awesome!! This is the first time we haven’t had him. Definitely would go on a day when he's here.

  Horrible server. Horrible customer service. The server chased us to the front to confront us?!?? We sat down for lunch and everything seemed fine. We got our drinks and we put in our appetizer. We flagged our server down to ask to change one of the TVs to the nascar race. Our servers name was Rachel. And her name tag it says she’s a certified trainer. She came back around and brought 1 refill of tea and we literally never saw her again. The manager changed a tv for us and dropped our appetizer. Now we have been waiting over 15 minutes… hell maybe even 20 for the server to come back and take our entree order. She never came back to table to even check on us. We watched her greet and serve 3 more tables, checked out 2 tables, run some food and she continued to walk past us multiple times. Never acknowledged us. So we decided we didn’t want to place our entrees. We had to wait over 25/30 minutes to ever get her to come back to the table. We asked for the check and she didn’t say a single word. Dropped the check and stormed off. I wrote on the check that the service sucked and we didn’t leave a tip. I’m not tipping someone who never worked for us. Rachel THEN PROCEEDED TO FOLLOW US TO THE DOOR AND YELL AT US “SO I SUCKED?!? BYE”. She should not be a trainer in any regard. Never in my life have I had such disrespect and gall from a server. Never will we be going back to this store.
