- LGLovely27 GraceJun 27, 20261.0I get a hand packed quart at least once a week. Millington is the closest to me. But if I want it to be the correct amount and handpacked I have to go to Southaven Mississippi or one of the other BR in Memphis to get actual hand packed and weighted ice cream. The one here in Millington never hand pack, they scoop it's supposed to be hand-packed. When hand packed correctly it takes out the air and creat room for more ice cream. But Millington doesn't do that. I obviously get less ice cream as a result. But it cost me the same . When trying to make a complaint I get these young girls who can't give me their first name. When asked to speak to the manager they lie and say they are the manager. When asked for the owner's name they say they can't give it out. It's an absolute mess up there. They got these young girls scooping out ice cream when it's supposed to be hand-packed in to boot they have bad attitudes. I will be making a formal complaint with corporate about this location. BR cost too much for this type of service you know I can live without it. I did for a year and a half. Plus there's too many other brands that tastes just as good if not better. BR needs to get back to customer service because right now there is none
