  I am a regular customer here, mainly because it is convenient to order on the way to work over the phone. Today, at 2:50 the lady told me that suddenly they stopped doing to go orders over the phone, and that I had to go through the mobile app instead. I had extra time on my hands so I went through the drive through and waited. I get my food-- Nacho fries, a grilled burrito with no strips and no sour cream, and a sweet tea. I get low balled on the nacho fries; the cup is half hollowed. The sweet tea has barely any sugar in it, and my burrito is almost cold out of the bag. I eat it anyways, sour cream is still in it. I was the only customer at the time, very dissatisfied. The guy at the window was great, so prontos to him at least.

  So, would have given 5 stars, food is always fresh, workers are always friendly, but this particular taco bell is SLOW SLOW SLOW!! Cop was in drive through in front of me last night, tapping his fingers, waiting at the speaker.. took 10 minutes just to get to the speaker, then almost another full minute before someone said anything.. There were people inside sitting down who already had their food, and 3 cars in front of me in the drive through.. I was there for a full 25 minutes before getting my food and heading home...
