  Usually Papa John's is high on my go to list for pizza in the south (I'm from NY), but I've got to say this particular Papa John's is by far the worst one I've been to. Not only has my pizza had burnt edges every time I order here, but the service and atmosphere are atrocious. The last 2 times there has been some random creepy-looking dude (two different dudes) just sitting there when you walk in, and the folks who work in here do not even acknowledge you when you walk through the door, matter of fact, it was almost 5 minutes before someone behind the counter even looked in my direction. Literally every other restaurant, fast food, casual, fancy, ALL OF THEM, when you walk in the door SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE in the restaurant at THE VERY LEAST says "Welcome to so and so!" Or even just "Hello!" But they both quite literally looked as if they didn't even see me there or like there wasn't noise when I came through the door, OR that I was literally coughing as I walked up to the counter.. and stood there.. I'm sorry, but truth is truth.. they were rude.. I dont think I'll go back to that one. Oh and I actually took pictures this time, of the burnt edges on my pizza..

  Placed order for pick up was supposed to be ready at 8. Get there and they messed my order up. Supposed to be half pepperoni half cheese. They remake it. This is what they sell for me when they remake the pizza. Looks sloppy and undone. Then the wings are barely even hot and barely have any sauce on them. Should have known it wasn’t going to be good when I heard everybody in store complaining and arguing with each other. Then I hear the older guy try to be funny saying don’t get pepperoni on my cheese. Not funny when yall are messing up and behind.

  The pizza was to thick and the salad bar is to down and this was my first time here,my grandson birthday.i was very disappointed today.i had scrap the topping off the pizza dou.but the salad great .I had a awful day.learning the ingredients of papa pizza experience.
