  I visited Wingstop on Winchester at 10:13 and was told they couldn’t take my order. I had to wait 30 minutes which is ridiculous when they could’ve taken my order and I could’ve sit in my car for that 30 minutes there was no reason they couldn’t have taken my order. I considered it unprofessional, though the person was very courteous and kind. I had issues with the service as a relates to taking my order if you’re popular You need to make adjustments for crowds such as 10:30 PM. I pray y’all do something about my concern.

  My teens ordered Wingstop on my DoorDash account. They ordered a 10 piece meal and an 8 piece meal. The 10 piece arrived and the sides and drink for the 8 piece arrived, but the actual 8 wings were not the bag. My daughter reordered the 8 piece wing meal and so I paid twice for the same order. When I came home and called Wingstop, the girls who answered said the first order of 8 wings were still there in a bag at the restaurant. She blamed the DoorDash driver and said there was nothing she could do for me. I’ve had missing items in carryout orders twice before from this location in the past that I went back for myself. We will not likely order from this Wingstop again. They just aren't concerned with accurate orders and refuse to make things right when there is a problem.

  Placed a pick up order for lunch today. As I walked in, I was greeted by all the employees at the counter. My order was correct and fresh. Very delicious and will be back again soon!

  I order wing stop a lot and this particular location in Memphis Tn on Winchester by far is the worst one.. I have encountered on several occasions this store the employees are Rude fries always cold fountain drinks always out. This particular night I order at the wrong location was trying to order from the Poplar location however I immediately called to see if they could make my order at least 15 to 20 min because I was 30 min out the young lady stated no they couldn’t accommodate my request because the order was already made.. I’m wondering how when I had literally just placed it.. I asked for a manager the girl hung up on me I called back it took 30 min for him to get on the phone.. I cancelled my order
