Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MCMonica Clemons5 days ago5.0Justin, aka “the dark skinned one,” gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had at Whataburger 😂 He was really friendly, respectful, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers are taken care of. Definitely deserves some recognition! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- MLMonica LongAug 23, 20261.0Came to the drive thoughfor breakfast @4am and order a breakfast combo with onion rings the sandwich was fine but the onion rings were very old like they had been sitting there for hours they were black old and burnt to a crisp couldn't even eat them this is unacceptable when you order food they suppose to give the best customer service possible

We sat in the line for LITERALLY 3 hours, when we finally made it to the microphone to order-silence. 30 minutes later, they start taking orders, of the people in the second line only. Then, they decide to finally use our comm, we get told they are only accepting 3-4 more orders and then they are only doing uber/online. Wouldn’t wait for any response, acted like we didn’t exist when they then double back and say never mind only uber orders after waiting 3 HOURS IN LINE. We drove 45 minutes just to get here.
- TTTriceAug 22, 20263.0I came here for the first time and tried the patty melt,I wanted to get the sauce that come on the burger separately(to try it).And the rep tried to charge me,im like why do I have to pay for something that comes free on the sandwhich.Long story short this employee do not like me now.Everytime she see me,her whole mood change,now I do like the sauce and order online for pick ups now.I even have my bf pick up my order and I stay in the car but,he says she roll her eyes everytime he pick up.My next visit I will be adressing her because the situation wasnt even that deep.And she's there EVERY single time I order.The whole situation is giving me unnecessary anxiety.If the problem dont get fixed ASAP ima stop spending my money in this establishment.
