  It was just kinda silly how everything was, gaddianton and his friends were here again! 🙄 And it was so hot, but they gave us free icecream! 10/10 would recommend!! I before put a 2 star review. I've since repented of my mistake! So happy I came here today!

  Yesterday was our second time booking a group reservation. Both times the service we received from the servers was minimal. There’s no need to complain or voice concerns either because they don’t accommodate. For the amount of money spent I’m not convinced it will ever be worth it due to the headache caused while dealing with staff. If you just want to go and golf it can be fun. But the minute you involve drinks, food, and service it all goes downhill. Definitely won’t consider booking any other special occasions here.

  My son and I visited Topgolf for the first time yesterday as part of a church outing, and we both had an absolutely great time. The weather was beautiful, which made the whole experience even better, but what stood out most was how fun and accessible the entire setup is. I was there mostly to accompany my son, but I ended up really enjoying it myself too. It’s one of those places where you don’t need to be a golfer to have a good time, and that really came through. One moment that really stayed with me was seeing a nearby family sharing a bay together and fully participating in the experience. It was one of those scenes that quietly hits you, because it’s clear how meaningful it was for them to be able to do something like that together. Topgolf creates an environment where people of very different abilities and ages can all take part in the same activity, and that’s something special. Overall, it was a really memorable visit. Great atmosphere, friendly environment, and a place that brings people together in a way that feels genuinely unique. We’ll definitely be back.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Topgolf Memphis tonight. The golfing itself was fun, and we had a good time playing, but the service was honestly terrible from the moment we got there. Our waiter seemed to have an attitude right away. There were four of us, and we all ordered drinks. He brought out two of them, but the other two never came. After about 10 minutes, I asked him about the missing drinks because my girlfriend and I were extremely thirsty. He casually said he would get them, but then we watched him continue working another table. After waiting even longer, I finally had to go to the waiter station myself just to ask for the drinks. Then I ordered a salad with chicken. Halfway through eating it, I realized there was no chicken on the salad. When I told our waiter, he said he could have it remade, which I appreciated at first. But after waiting around 15 minutes, someone brought out a small plate of chicken by itself — no salad. I explained that I was told the salad was being remade. They took the chicken back, and I ended up waiting another 20 minutes before I finally got the salad I originally ordered. On top of that, our drinks sat empty for a long time. Our waiter walked by our table several times and never offered refills. I asked another employee if we could get refills, and she said yes, but no one came back. After another 10 minutes, I had to walk to the other side of the bays just to ask our waiter to refill our drinks. Again, the golf experience was fun, but the service was absolutely unacceptable. A friend actually had to talk me into leaving a $5 tip, because based on the service, I honestly did not want to leave one at all. Topgolf Memphis really needs to tighten up its service. Memphis needs more fun, quality places like this, but poor service will ruin the experience fast. Tonight was a huge letdown.
